help worried about head pain and mouth

am ssssssssooooooooo scared keep getting a weird sensation on the left side of my head it is like a stabbing pain has been comming and going all day am so scared, also my mouth feels really sore on the roof of my mouth am getting so anxioux xxxx

The sore mouth could be from what you have been eating - too much rich or spicy foods etc
