I find if the weather is warm and wet then I get really hot a bit like hot flushes as the humidity is very high in this type of weather. I was saying other day to my husband that I thought I was having a hot flush as I am approaching hot flush age and he said well if you are then so am I and I'm a man!!

I have that happens sometimes but lately I have been dealing more with the chills. Typically I spent an hour googling it instead of thinking that maybe it is because my house is different temperatures because of the air conditioning!
I know the warm and cold feelings are defintely are part of anxiety. Hope it doesnt get too bothersome for you.
