really foggy head

hi all hope you are all well, i am a bit freaked out again today i feel like i have a really foggy head, have the feeling i need to pop my ears all the time with constant feeling of pressure am i going mad or is it all in my head, as i am typing i can feel my anx building up am feeling shaky and scared i hate this feeling it really scares me that there is a tumor or something nasty in my head, last night i kept getting stabbing pains in my head am freaking out

A foggy head is such a classic sign of anxiety xxx

why is it so scarey i know all the answers to why it is but frightens me so much i cant tell myself it is nothing harmful i always think the worse as we all do xx

I recently talked to my doctor about having " foggy head". He thinks he may be caused by my depression. A symptom of depression is often being tired all of the time. He thinks that may be causing the "foggy head". I think anxiety may contribute to it as well.
