OK HERE GOES.

I STILL SUFFER FROM ANXIETY AND PANIC. BUT NOT SO MUCH. I KNOW HAVE GOOD HOURS AND BAD HOURS INSTEAD OF JUST BAD DAYS.
I HAVE ACCEPTED THAT THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN MAKE ME BETTER IS ME AND THAT ADMISSION HAS HELPED ME GET MY HEAD ROUND THIS AND NOW I CAN START GETTING MYSELF BETTER.

I KNOW THIS ISN'T A SUCCESS STORY AS SUCH BUT IT IS ACCEPTANCE AND I AM TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

SO THIS WEEKEND I AM GOING TO START MY 'NEW ME' FOLDER IN IT I AM GOING TO HAVE
A DIARY
SOME POSITIVE STATEMENTS
SOME HEALTHY EATING TIPS
SOME RELAXATION IDEAS
AND I AM GOING TO STICK TO IT
I AM NOT GOING TO AVOID THINGS (STARTED DOING THIS ALREADY)
I AM ALSO GOING TO CBT

ANYWAY SINCE I SUGGESTED THE SUCCESS STORIES TOPIC I THOUGHT I WOULD LET U KNOW WHAT I AM DOING TO 'GET BETTER'

ANY IDEAS FOR MY FOLDER WOULD BE MOST WELCOME

you have such a wonderful approach to your problems,ive seen a big difference to the lucky of a couple of months ago.

Hi Lucky,

I think you are better - more in control these days.

You could decide what thing you're going to do each day or each week to push back your boundaries...

thats a good idea meg,

a weekly target...and i know lucky..she will rise to the challenge...bryan.

Hi Meg,

That's a great idea I can put in my diary a daily and weekly target for things I am scared off and maybe even for wee treats
