A little late but hi anyway!

Hi everyone
I joined NP a few weeks ago now and forgot to introduce myself,so hello to everyone who use the site.
I have had some great advice and found lovely people so joining is one of the positive things in my life. I suffer terribly with our old friend anxiety and have done for the past 5 yrs. I am married to Gary with a 5 yr old daughter called Emily.:hugs:
