theres been this white lump type thing on my lip for a long time and i dont know what it is..and im afraid i may have some type of terminal disease or atleast something a sexual partner may think to be a std...so i need to know what it is

Defintely have it looked at. Could just be a cold sore but you will never know unless you get it looked at.
