Hey guys- as we all know health anxiety is awful but i had to laugh today!! Firstly i was lying on the sofa and was convinced that i was shaking and so started getting all anxious about parkinsons!! I was almost becoming unbearable when i realised that my whole flat was shaking due to the road works going on outside my flat!!! Everything was shaking including me. I have to say i laughed a lot partly with relief but also because i realised how weird this HA makes you feel. good luck to all who are struggling with this awful condition! hugs to all!! xx
