Hello Ladies and Gents,

I am Mike from the North West of England. I have suffered with anxiety for about 3 years however it is only the last 6 months i hace decided that I cannot do this on my own. Therefore I am here, desperate looking for ideas, although today is a good day.:shrug: :yesyes:

I hope you can find some help here. It's great that you have gone so long without needing any help. These things, in my case anyway, do seem to spiral till we get to a point where we cannot do it alone.
