Panic disorder and sex.

I feel like the longer I go without any kind of "release" the more prone I am to panic symptoms and the stronger they are when they occur.

Just wondered if anyone else has noticed this or similar.

i actually have the converse,i have a lovely sex life,but afterwards,say an hour later i feel very panicy and my phobic symptoms become very extreme.

i have the opposite happen as well, a few hours afterwards i find myself much more agitated and prone to panic. i wonder why that is.

hiya...wen i have sex i seem 2 panic an thoughts take over me...but since havin panic attacks ive not been wantin it alot lol..any1 get tha same? x
