pain i dont no what it is

i get this pain like a dull achy pain going through my body or chest and it make me shudder or it feels like my heart is beating faster.im really worried i dont no what it is!! help it makes my panic!its a sort of nice pain though lol but it hurts i get it somtimes why im exited about writng a new song is that isnt wierd but im not doing anything.just thinking

Heya Charli! It's most likely anx making your chest hurt, it makes me have random chest pains sometimes, along with my heart pounding. That's just the extra adrenaline because your body think's it got to be prepared to run away or fight the thing it's frightened of.
