IBS/Appendicitis or Anxiety

Basically I keep getting pain on and of off varying degrees. It comes and stays for a few days then goes away. A week or 2 later it returns.

It moves around but its mostly on my lower right groin/abdomin area.

What do you think??

That's not appendicitis. You'd know if it was. It would be given away by the inability to move, severe stomach cramps and nausea,.

Yup appendicitis is quick and severe. IBS is difficult to diagnose but usually consists of either/and or both diarrhea and constipation, bad cramping, bloating and nausea. The pain you are describing could be a tendon, flank pain, or a pulled groin even. I wouldnt worry unless it gets worse and then just get it checked maybe. But defintely not severe

I had appendicitis about 7wks ago and yes the pain is very severe. It isn't an easy thing to diagnose apparently, but you would be in a lot of pain. When I had mine I had a lot of pain all over my lower abdomen for a couple of days, with sickness and a fever. By the third day the pain had settled on the right hand side and was extremely tender to the touch.
