I just wondered if anybody takes painkillers for their anxiety related pain.
If so does it work and what do you take.
I can't seem to get any relief with standard over the counter painkillers and I am thinking of asking my doctor for something stronger. Doctor seems to think my various pains are anxiety related so I am not sure how they will react to a request for strong painkillers.
Thanks
Slave
Aome types of anti depressants have shown to help that kind of pain, ask your Dr about it.
depends what kind of pain your getting!
i have taken amatripylene for nerve pain, dont really think it helped, but helped me sleep at night. also taken tramodol for back pain, which did help but made me woozy and itchy.
is it an ache your getting?

yes right side Abdomen moving round to the side and a bit in my back (rightside)
Yeah ! Amatripylene is an anti depressant, that's the one
yeah you take it in large doses (75mg and above) for depression and 10mg for nerve pain.
dont think these would help you though, have you tried a hot water bottle on your abdomen, i find this works wonders
