Pain in my hands

Hi for the last couple off days my veins have been sticking out my hands. And they have been sore and throbbing. My hubby thinks is because i havent been on the comp for a while. Then all of a sudden im on it all day and most of the night..Can anyone help ?

Thanks seh. Not got a clue what it is but its real sore....Forgot to mention but they go hot aswell. might call gp and see what they say?
