DIZZINESS

Hey anyone having this sensation or anyone how is cured from this horrific condition, how long does this dizziness last for you guys?

I had dizziness - quite bad. I would be okay when in bed, but then after I woke up and started moving around the house (maybe an hour or two) I would feel very dizzy, motion sick as well.

I read that magnesium can help - I started taking 400mg of Magnesium Citrate as a supplement and my dizziness was gone the next day. if I forget to take it in the morning I remember quick as I start to get motion sick.

It's been about 4 months now - and taking one pill a day has done wonders for me. Don't know if this will help you - but maybe worth a shot.
