First post. I just wanted to say what an outstanding forum this is.

I suffer from anxiety.

I have spent the afternoon reading so many different posts on here.

I feel alot of empathy for many of the posters.

Welcome to nmp, yuo will find so much help on this site, and no your not alone with the feelings of anxiety, my advice to you for what its worth is to find out as much information on it as you can, the forum here is excellant and you can also get so many books on the subject, i find them a real help,

This place is great! I was really lucky and found it relatively quickly after starting to suffer with PA's and it's definitely what has made me feel stronger and able to cope with this. I hope you get the same benefits too - everyone is so friendly and understanding - you're in the right place!
