Hi,
I am totally new here, and I am actually doing alright at the moment. But I wanted to join and be part of this, because I feel like I still want as much support and new tools as I can find, to try and live a more calm, anxiety free life. I definetly have up and down days, and I fight through a lot of days to have a positive attitude and not live in fear. But you know...I think you dont really understand it all, unless you struggle with it yourself. I just think, you would have no idea what its like, or why you get so scared at nothing. Or why you cant stop worrying. I just think, unless you go through it...it would be hard to understand it. No matter how supportive people are. So that is why I wanted to be part of this....for the encouragement. Which I hope I can be too.....
