Hi I'm new I'm forty six and work part time. I suffer from severe reccurent depression and associated panic and anxiety. I have recently had a relapse and discovered your site by accident whilst reading about something else. I'm glad that I have found you all and at the moment I'm just busy reading other peoples post.Hopefully I'll get involved soon.
