Man this stuff is great lol..

I feel like I've drank a bottle of gin! No wounder people become addicted hehe..

one problem its not sending me to sleep..

Took one 10pm last night and didnt really sleep that well..

3.75mg i took..

gona pop two tonight..

ideas?

ps dont take these in the day cus they make u high lol

i have taken zopiclone in the past to help aid sleep and resume good sleeping patterns.

i would chat frankly to ur gp hun.

these meds are addictive i believe and u have to come off slowly.

i always ensured that id had no caffeine, ate early, had some exercise, and had wind down time before bed.

i was taught that if i could not sleep to get up and do something until the sleepy feeling returns then try again

my mate is on these-been on them 5 years now-says they do "nothing for him now" and i guess he takes em out of habit,he takes 2 7.5mg a night. i guess as you are just starting out you are having the good effects they offer.
he used to now n then have a few whiskeys with em and man he was flying!!
not to be recommended.

but yeah take it easy and just remember that they r in the same class as benzos so highly addictive.
