i feel so bad tonight, i really need some advice and support ASAP

i feel really dizzy
i feel sick
i have a headache
i feel really off balance
i feel like something bad is going to happen to me
i really feel like i am going to collapse

NOthing bad is going to happen hun, honest, you are having a real bad anxiety attack, it will go away, please try & do deep breathing exercises.

I have felt the same way a bunch of times, I know you feel uncomfortable but you are safe and you can handle this, its just anxiety and eventually you will start to feel better x
