Ive been having weird problems for years now

Doctors say I am fine and then someone suggested I come here
I can’t believe these symptoms I have had for years are all here

I have always been active in sports, gym etc but stop going because of Panic attacks
I am even afraid of the grocery shop because of these stupid attacks
When I am in a meeting at work I am afraid of these attacks
