pressure in head

Hi anyone get so dizzy that you feel pressure it don't hurt. I've been dizzy all day and I have a slight cold i was just wondering if anyone else has these symptoms. I don't think my anxiety is contributing to this but maybe my inner ear according to on of my docs. please give me some feed.

Yes I often get dizziness and I have just recovered from a viral infection that made me feel dizzy

I think you are more susceptible to these kind of things if your immunity is low due to anti anxiety meds or general worries that affect your entire system

Also inner ear infections etc are guaranteed to make you feel dizzy, I had one once that tipped me side ways like a boat as I completely lost my sense of balance

Luckily at the time I didn't suffer from panic attacks otherwise I would have freaked!
