Hi everyone My name is Holly I am 23 and was diagnosed with panic disorder. I also have OCD and depression. I really like this site a lot and this is why I joined. I am very happy to be on here. I don't take any ssri's. . I am currently taking ativan at night but weaning off of it. I take herbal supplements for hormonal imbalances and anxiety. I got them from my herbalist. I am trying to do this the natural way.
