Just thought Id introduce myself and say hello.My name is Janine....I like to be called J9 for short if you want though?! I had my first severe anxiety attack last night....still feel ill so am very nervous today :-s :weep:

Hi J9 dont be nervous hun theres lots oh help on here .
Do u know what caused your attack and have you had them b4 ?
They arent nice but dont feel scared of them as that will make them worse just try and relax and go with it ....very hard I know xxx

Hi....I have always suffered with panic attacks....but nothing like this one...I thought I was having a stroke or heart attack....left me very confused and feeling bad today and upset.

I think it was stress that brought it on :-( x
