Question about chat

I was wondering how the time restriction runs for the chat room. I thought that I should have been able to chat today, but I am still unable. Does it go by what time I registered? I am very much looking forward to chatting here, and sometimes I really feel the need to talk to someone who understands. Sorry, not trying to be impatient, just wondering how much longer I have to wait =)

If you remember what time you joined try chat again after that time as I suspect the system is set for 5 full days
