Hi there, well i have been having Palpitations and Anxiety/Panic Attacks for 12 years now and they still scare me to death everytime.
Im 32 and from South Wales, UK. I live with my parents and have a wonderful boyfriend who i will be moving in with shortly.
Im so glad i found this site, and i hope i can give some advice as well as recieve some! xx

I also suffer from palpitations, and they are one of the main sources of my panic attacks. This place is really awesome and you will find a lot of supportive people who know exactly how you feel. It has been a lifesaver for me since I joined a week ago =)
