hi everyone, i am 44 and have suffered from anxiety/panic attacks among other problems for a number of years. i am having trouble coping at the moment . my partner suggested getting online and talking to other people that suffer the same as me, in a hope it will help me and see i am not alone out there.:weep:

Are you aware of the causes of your PA's? Have you tried ways to avoid the PA escalating (ie, relaxation exercises, meditation, therapy, meds)?
