now my anxiety has lessened....

Now my anxiety has lessened a great deal I feel that life is a bit flat. Maybe it is not related to the anxiety at all. I don't know. I have pretty much come off Citalopram perhaps it is that. I have lots of exciting things happening and things to look forward to and I do look forward to them but I don't 'feel' them so much as I used to. For example when I go on holiday it is great but not as great as it used to be. I feel a bit desensitized to it. Does anyone else understand this or feel this?

my sister was on that a couple of years ago, when she recovered and started talking about her experiences, she told me that she felt quite emotinally numb as though she couldn't get really happy or she couldn't get upset she did say one time that she could have won the lottery and she would have just said oh thats great I think it is some sort of desensitising thing, I would not worry too much as she made an excellent recovery with that drug and now drives and everything, she supports me now.
