Hi Everyone :)

I just joined 'No More Panic' last night. I have suffered from panic attacks for 6yrs and was receiving CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) which helped me a great deal, even to the extent I was beginning to enjoy life again. I was not 100% cured, but I was almost there, when I was struck down with a relapse 7mths ago which has now left me with panic disorder/depression, and believe me it is 10 times worse than before. I cannot get out at all now and am hoping for some encouragement and help within this site to get my life back on track again, also to help others in any way I can from my own experience as a panic attack sufferer.

ive had cbt, but i find i need a top up every now and then.

perhaps a read thru ur notes or using online programme to revise the ideals?
