I am 52 years old, and have suffered from health anxiety for nearly 30 years. It has been a very difficult condition to live with, and has certainly marred my life. As time goes on I have found it a little easier to cope with, and have found various ways of dealing with it. There are times when it all gets too much and I am not mentally strong enough to cope with it on my own. I am so pleased to have found this site, because it seems to be caring, understanding and suppportive. It really helps to know there are other people who really understand this condition.
