Just wanted to say that with regards to the terror that was my sore mouth and weird lump under the tongue... I took your advice and went to the Doctor and she had a look and said she could see nothing to worry about - looked in my ear and hey presto, have severe ear infection.... so am on antibiotics, weird as the pain was definitely in my mouth but there we go.

I'm going on holiday to France with my husband and two kids tomorrow and will be able (give or take a few anxiety related moments, no doubt!) be able to relax a bit.

You were all really kind and made me feel so reassured and gave really good advice. Thank you VERY much.
