hello my name chris im 19 year old i had realy bad panic attacks n dippresion this year for about 3 r 4months.im glad to say i beat dippression n panic disorder.I have joined this site to help people who suffering casue i no wat u going through.the reason i stardedwith anxity iz cause i had a lot of stress in my past realtionship witch buit up butThe reason i was realy bad cause i thought iwas go die everyday but i no wat its wrong with me now its me thinking im gona die witch was causeing me haveing realy bad panic attacks but im beter now im never want to go bk there again.so if u want advice i will b more than happy 2 do
