Any have problems at the weekends?

You work all week looking forward to the weekend and when it comes you are bloody bored. Unless I am busy I am bored stupid and in turn get depressed and anxious. Today already I have went for a walk, cleaned the carpet, cut the grass, went shopping, watched a bit of the swimming on tv, done the hoovering and now I am ****ing boredhttp://images.digitalspy.co.uk/forum/smilies/frown.gif

You know what the sad thing is, on a Sat morning I am up at the crack of dawn, today I was up at 5.30am just filled with excitement as I was off workhttp://images.digitalspy.co.uk/forum/smilies/biggrin.gif, an hour later I could of went into work, the boredom set in, and it will be the same tomorrow, come Monday its a bloody torture getting up.

I think this depends on your thinking. You can do also your work with enjoyment if you wish.Do try to listen some music while you get bored by your worked.

I bloody hate the weekends, especially Sundays! For me it's the worst day of the week. xx

Yes, definitely - unless I am asleep or busy I usually find my anxiety gets worse.

Yes my anxiety used to be really bad at the weekend....at one point I thought I was going to have to work 7 days a week just to escape the terrible anxiety....still bad at times but more in control now.

I wouldn't say I get bored but I get more anxious during the weekend because the time isn't structured like work. Perhaps plan you weekend in advance so you know what you were doing when and see if that helps.

I dont like the weekends either and its all because (dont laugh) the gps surgery isnt open and i feel if i have a really bad day with my anx or panic i think well at least i can see my doc not that ive had to very often, i also hate bank holidays for the same reason, now you can all have a good laugh at this one, go on itl do you good
