Hello - another new member

I've been an anxious person for as long as I can remember and have had problems with health anxiety in particular for most of my life. I have also had some major health problems for a few years now which I think have made my existing anxiety worse and more difficult to deal with. I feel pretty isolated and that I can't really talk to my family and friends about my fears without upsetting and/or alienating them. So I was very pleased to find this site which seems to have a lot of useful information and the chance to communicate with others who can understand where I'm coming from.
