has anyone on here had CBT ..Cognitive Behavior Therapy. My doc has booked me in for some seasons to try and sort out my feelings of doom and gloom and to turn my thoughts into more positive and happy thoughts.

Yeah i have had CBT and it helped me out of a big dark hole and i couldnt believe how lucky i was to meet Jean who did it for me.

Not having a great time at moment but i really appreciate how i can pick up the phone and she will see me again and i know how long people wait.

It really does put it in to perspective and hope it works for you and Sarah. I am very confident it will and best of luck with it.
