dreaming?

just to let u no so u dont worry, wen u start getting better and not thinking of ur self u mite feel like u dreaming sometime cause u have bin in urself so long so dont worry if u feel like that dont add the second fear cause it shows u getting better (dont panic).has anyone else had that feeling wilst getting better?

I wouldn't describe it as dreaming, but I did feel strange when I started feeling better. I couldn't believe that I was getting better, I kept waiting for a panic attack to creap up on me.
