Hey all, it's been a very long time since I have been on these forums. It must be about 3yrs or so.

Anyway, Im Kelley, from St Helens, Im 30 and have 2 kids, Jack and Jessie.

I have suffered from Panic Attacks and Anxiety Attacks on and off now for about 5yrs, I can usually control them but its becoming harder and harder at the moment.

Anyway, hope to speak to you all around the boards, if anyone has any questions or wants any advice then dont hesitate to ask.

Thanks for the replies, I agree AlisonJ, my return could have been under better circumstances but I'm hopeful and thinking positive that I will get my attacks under control again.
If anyone needs any advice on anything then don't hesitate to ask.
