Hi, I'm Mark age 40. I wish I had found this site a long time ago. I have suffered from high anxiety for several years now but recently things have taken a huge spiral downwards, anxiety went through the roof and depression kicked in big time even to a suicidal level. I have just started to feel a bit better over the last few days it seems the meds are kicking in. Well I look forward to chatting with some of you, its good to know there a plenty of people out there who REALLY do know what its like.

I to have suffered for many years but about a month ago i totally cracked and thought I was loosing my mind.Im currently having counselling and CBT and its helping me esp with the anxiety ad agoraphobia.

remember you will get through this
