me again different symptoms now i have a really strange feeling in my head i dont know if anyone else gets this it is like the feeling that your head is going to just stop working, i know that sounds really strange i havent really got pressure more like a dull wierdness like everything is going to stop

i apologise if it makes noe sense my family cant understand me and have no idea of what i am talking about

I get that feeling as well. I am constantly checking my mental state. You are not alone. I use distraction to keep my mind off how I am feeling. I read, watch tv, go for a walk etc. I know when it is really bad how hard it is to do anything.
