Hi,

I was very happy to find this site. I just started having problems since march or april. I started to have heart palpataions and what i now think are panic attacks. I have woken up unable to breath, have gone to the hospital on several occasions thinking i was having a heart attack and i am becoming afraid to be alone in case something happens and my desire to do the things i use to are fading. I am still seeking medical help despite being called depressed on one occasion and i have made an appointment with a psychologist. I am 33 and seem to be missing good parts of the day now worried it will happen. i am hoping that by understanding it more and talking with others that it will help guide me.
