Im new

Hi people.

Ok im 16, i have had problems with self harm in the past and got diagnosed with depression about a year ago.
I have also always struggled with my anxiety but lately have started having panic attacks as well.

So, on one of my attacks my mum was worried so she rang nhs direct and they told her about the no panic site and thats where i found this forum.
