Panic attacks.

Hey, i have been having a lot of panic attacks lately, they seem to come all the time.
Is it likely to be linked to my GCSE results day coming on Thursday?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

u probbly getting stressed about ur results witch iz causeing u painc attack just carm u self chill dont keep worring about your results

I dont feel that worry but my mum reckons im probably pushing it deeper and thats causing more panic attacks.
Thoughts?
