Wont cure me but its nice to see others in my situation.

Love your anxiety/panic..its part of you,we stand out from the rest,we ARE the real people on this planet,what we go thru would put any normal person to suicide after a week of what some go thru.

Fear wont kill you even though you feel it will....i go thru it everyday...i die atleast 4 times daily...but i can say this i am more of a man than any soldier even though i dont feel it....LOL.

A normal person will only die once,a chronic anxiety sufferer will die millions of times..WHO'S THE MAN?

My only fear of death now is reincarnation..imagine goin thru this again?

Quite right too Phil. It takes enourmous courage and bundles of energy reserve to get throw some days. We really shouldn't beat ourselves up so much.

i think nmp is great too

however i do believe that although it cant cure u, it does a great deal to allow u to help urself.

anx will always be there, but we learn to deal with it, thru nmps help
