Hi mabelina, yes they look like really good sites, but i think for the people who have health anxiety it wouldnt be a good idea to read about 'real' illnesses as such...its too similar to googling 'conditions and symptoms' which is a bit of a no-no for alot of ppl on nmp. But for the members who dont have H/A i would think these sites could be interesting.

This is a really good site http://www.anxietycentre.com - you have to pay to access the majority of the information but it really is worth it IMHO, as it goes into great detail as to why you have the symptoms and how to stop them (it's not expensive, six months membership is £10) along with NMP this one has helped a great deal.
