Help - Can you get cramp in your chest??

Hi all
Hope you can reassure me, I sometimes get cramp like pains in my left chest. I woke with it this morning and try to convince myself it is not my heart as I have suffered with ectopics but have been told my heart is fine. But having these chest pains is such a worry.
They kind of build up and then disappear again. I have them sometimes in the day as well but why I woke with it this morning, unless it was how I had slept or something?
I just feel I cannot cope with all these pains at the moment and would like some help guys!!

yes I get them, not sure if its in my chest or breast tho, my friend gets every morning! she has it for years and won't see a doctor for it!
maybe you should see a doctor? i'm sure everything will turn out normal, but it will at least reasure you. chest pain is a common symtom of anxiety.
