Hey guys, well here I am- I found a great relief system- that's for sure.
I'm currently 17 and have been living with all sorts of anxiety for awhile now....Tonight was just to much- internet to the rescue....this time instead of looking up "Chest pain- what could it mean".... i looked up " how to go to bed when dealing with anxiety " and I found this beauty....i was reading some of the stuff and it all makes so much sense and has helped me tremendously. Anyone who lives with anxiety is a respectable person in my eyes !
