hello all

hi im new, em where to start ive been suffering with depression anxiety and panic attacks for years now and all the horrible stuff that comes with it. heart feeling like its racing sweating shakes and uncontrolable thought that just seem to get worse and worse even though i know im usually panicing over nothing i cant help but work it up loads in my head untill it becomes such a big deal i feel like i cant cope anymore.

any ways just thought id say hi an introduce myself :)
