View Full Version : advice needed again!!!
hiya, sorry to ask again but i'm still getting these chest pains, it goes from the middle of my chest then goes to one breast to another, i have it all the time, i'm not panicing now a days. all the docs say is exercise when i do it does ease a bit but what i need to know does it take time? i scared cos i've had it 4 a month now thank u xxx
Hi Jwonka,
If you have had anxiety for a while and then you calm down it can take a while for the anxiety symptoms to settle down. Also if you have just started exercising, this may cause you some discomfort if your body isnt use to it. Try not to worry, you may not be breathing properly worrying about the pains. This will make the pains worse, try to relax.
Hope this helps
Take care
Feel free to PM me, if you want to talk.

Keep focused, keep positive.
hello Jwonka,
I still get the chest pains even though I am no longer scared of them. They happen less often but they are still there. They will gradually happen less and less..

hi there,
i get chest pains, mainly a real tightening in my chest. i use meg's tip of drinking sparkling/tonic water, which i find really helps. it makes you burp and then it feels like it releases the tension in your chest at the same time.
it will definitely pass in time. i felt dizzy for about two months non stop and i thought it would never go away, but it did.
let us know how you get on,
henri x

I had the chest pains on and off for many years.
Exercise does help though and even just some stretches.
Hope they go soon for you too.
