Hi!
This is my first post as I have just joined today.
Just like to say hello to everyone, have been reading some of the post's today.
I am 47years old have two children 3 and 9 years old. I have been suffering from "Generalized Anxiety Disorder" since the age of 9.
I have been unable to work since 1994.
I am also married and my wife suffers with "complex post traumatic stress disorder".
I try to keep myself cheerful but have been experiencing depression and loneliness.
My wife gets no help from mental health services, it's as if they don't care anymore.
My relationship is at breaking point as my wife finds it very difficult to show her feelings
Have been very isolated and would like to make some new friends.
Would like to smile and laugh for a change.
