Iam a 40 years old lad from london, Iam seek&tired from anxiety and panic attacks. 9 years of my life been wasted,worrying about my health till I become obssessed with my health such as (heart rate,heart,my mind.......etc
sharing my problems with you dear suffrers will probably ease my anxiety and panic attacks. it is very beneficial heathwise to exchange thoughts,and feelings with other suffrers like me . who knows may I find a word a wisdom from some one ???
