hi im having a really bad time at the mo 3 days ago i picked up a stomach bug and have been sick every day but ive also been having very bad panic attacks ive had 3 today i keep shaking and going lightheaded and feel like im going mad im feally scared i even thought of calling an ambulance i feel that bad is it because i dont feel well has anybody else felt like this before please someone answer i feel like im going over the edge x x

hiya mate if u sicking alot u need to make sure you drinking lots else you will get dehydrated and thats prob why u lightheaded. try to eat something dry if u can hold it down but dont worry if not just drink plenty fluids and rest and relax. hugs xx
